Today I made a banana cake! It was delicious.

My dream room

It's been raining FOREVER so I'm spending a lot of time in the house. This is my playroom where the TV is and my collection of Japanese toys.

Right now I have these two paintings hanging in my room. Snow White and Marie Antoinette.

This is the bedroom I'd have if I were in charge.

Today I went to the mall with my cousin Ava and my aunt Jessica. We got some new clothes! And I went on this bouncy thing where you jump up in the air on a big pillow wearing a harness. I did some flips.

Ballet

This week I started a new ballet class and it is SO fun. I dance in the house, practicing, all day long (well, when I'm not in school.) The teacher, Miss Sarah, is really really nice and she said I'm a great leaper. Because I am.

Buster

Buster is the most brilliant cat in the entire world. Yesterday he spoke! Really. He said hi to me in a babyish voice.
He's very cute and fat and frisky even though he's 14 years old. His birthday was in the fall, but we didn't have a cake. Just catnip.

Snow Day!

I woke up and there was no school today! First I helped my neighbor shovel our path and clear the cars. Then I ate a grilled cheese sandwich.
I wish I could go out and spend my allowance and tooth fairy money. I lost both of my front teeth last week!

This was at my birthday party in February. I turned 7!

Yesterday my friend Maggie came to my house. She's going to Paris with me this summer. I'm going to show her the toy museum and the gargoyles and we'll eat lots of pain au chocolat and baguettes. I can't wait!
